Glenelg High School Senior Photography : Ethan

There must be something in the water in Glenelg. Something that makes boys love red jeeps and lacrosse sticks.  I had back to back sessions for Glenelg High School Seniors and they both wanted the same things incorporated into their session!

When Jen first contacted me about Ethan's session I was completely booked before the photo deadline.  I referred her to some other photographers but she insisted that I was their photographer.  The deadline for senior photos luckily got pushed back, so I was able to do them after all.  It sure is nice when clients WANT you and only you. :)

Glenelg High School Senior Photos : Senior Rep : Landry

I have said it so many times.  SENIORS. ARE. AWESOME.  This is Lauren E Merrill Photography's 1st ever Senior Rep, Landry!!  Landry goes to Glenelg High School and these are my favorites from his mini session. 

Landry is my super sweet, super talented cousin!  He is one of the most down to earth people I know and would do anything for you.  Just to give you a glimpse of the type of person he is... January I got a submission for my senior rep program and it was from him.  In the "why do you want to be a rep for LEM Pics" he wrote, "Because I love my cousin and want people to know what a great photographer she is."  Landry, I still have that and look at it when I have not so great days!  Thank you Landry for believing in me and for representing Lauren E Merrill Photography, it is a pleasure to have you on my team!!

SENIOR : Jenny

Jenny is one of the coolest teenagers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There are not enough nice things I can say about this girl.  She is kind, funny, sweet, adventurous, compassionate, smart and a talented soccer player and photographer.  She is attending Liberty University in the fall and hopes to pursue pediatric oncology.  I have seen her interact with children, and she is fantastic with them. 

When Jenny and I started discussing her session she had everything well planned out.  She wanted to go to a little park where her family frequently goes fishing at.  This place is a quiet little piece of heaven in the crazy busy madness of Howard County.  I would tell you where it is, but then it wouldn't be so quiet ;).  I had an absolute blast spending a few hours there with Jenny and her mom!

Jenny, thank you so much for choosing me to take your senior photos.  I can't wait to see what the future holds for you!

River Hill High School Senior Photos : Jon W

Sharing another older session with you today!  These photos are of Jon W.  This kid has a special place in my heart.  He is our old pastor's son and was our first "kid" in youth group.  My husband and I had the pleasure of knowing him and hanging around him all thru his high school years.  Jon is a very talented artist and musician.  His dream is to be a rap artist and has put out 2 demo cds.  Jon moved to PA shortly before his senior year and really missed the city, so we explored Baltimore for his session.  We started out at a place called Graffiti Alley so Jon could leave some artwork on the street!  We then traveled to Mayfair Ave to shoot at the abandoned theater and finally finished up in Patterson Park.  I loved this shoot!!
